To forecast the level of ETP funding for your organization, please complete the form below with your best guesses on the average number of training hours delivered per employee per year and in which delivery methodologies.

ETP utilizes a fixed-fee, performance-based reimbursement method to allocate funding. The good news is that ETP does not require line-item training budget figures to support your training forecast and you are allowed to spend ETP funding earned on new workforce development initiatives or other investments that support the program’s purpose including the purchase or lease of an LMS.
