The Pacific Exchange created PCX University (a corporate university) for the purpose of providing training programs to their employees under a corporate university setting. The approved ETP curriculum was titled "The High Performance Workplace" which covered a broad range of curriculum divided into three essential categories: (1) process improvement and customer service; (2) leadership skills; and, (3) office automation skills. The PCX/ETP agreement targeted 463 employees organization-wide that attended 30 hours of classroom instruction. The Pacific Exchange also documented approximately 1,300 hours of Structured, On-Site Training (SOST) trainer time. Classroom and SOST was delivered to PCX employees at the company locations in San Francisco and Los Angeles and was a complete success. .
