MEET THE TEAM  ALICIA ASHLEY


Alicia Ashley is an expert consultant in developing ETP applications. She has assisted Ritz-Carlton, Mitsubishi Motor Corporation, Custom Building Products, Danka Office Imaging and many others in successfully attaining ETP funding. In addition to her ETP expertise, Alicia is an award-winning speaker and trainer highly respected for her ability to develop and deliver high-impact training programs that produce results. During the last 15 years she has provided training and management consulting for thousands individuals at numerous well-known organizations throughout the world. Her impressive list of clients includes: American Express, Auto Glass of the U.K., Microsoft, GTE, Dow Chemical, Bank of America, Ernst and Young, Fleet Bank, American Building Maintenance, Marriott, Hilton Hotels, Courtyard, Renaissance, Omni Hotels, La Quinta, KSL Desert Resorts, LesConcierges, and many others. A cum laude graduate of Pepperdine University, Alicia holds a Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Central Oklahoma University. She is an active member of the The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), National Human Resources Association (NHRA), Professionals In Human Resource Association (PIHRA), and the Alliance for ETP. Alicia has also been a guest speaker on the topic of ETP at several regional and national conferences for HR professionals.
