California Creates
Golden State Manufacturing Forum
Wednesday, October 29th
Cal State LA
Golden Eagle Ballrooms
Time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
I’m honored to be asked to serve on this panel and look forward to bringing the advocacy perspective—sharing how elected officials view high-value California incentives and why they matter for our economy. This Forum will bring together state leaders, innovators, and manufacturers to not only explore the future of production in the world’s fourth-largest economy; but also share tools to assist existing or new manufacturers.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a top-notch lobbyist, dedicated civil servants, and elected officials to protect budget allocations and promote these critical programs. The experience has been eye-opening—highlighting what works well, what doesn’t, and how we can improve to ensure policymakers fully recognize the benefits these incentives bring to both state and local economies.
Thank you Christina Sarron and Treasurer Fiona Ma for inviting me to be part of this important discussion. I’m excited to contribute and continue the conversation on growing jobs, investment, and innovation in California.
