MEET THE TEAM  PHILLIP HERRERA


Phillip is the managing partner with Herrera & Company. He has provided Employment Training Panel consulting and training development services to government and business for over 15 years developing over $70 million in ETP funding. Phillip is unique in his experience with ETP. He is a former employee of the ETP program, a former single-employer applicant with Bank of America, and is the premier ETP consultant in the State. Phillip graduated from San Francisco State University, where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. Phillip also has an MBA degree from Golden Gate University. Phillip is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the International Society for Process Improvement (ISPI), the Alliance for ETP, and has been a guest speaker on the topic of ETP at several other quality control and human resource associations. Phillip is also an accomplished scratch golfer who has won several local tournaments and holds the course record at Brookside Country Club in Stockton shooting an astonishing round of eleven under par 61.
