ETP: Eligibility

There is a handful of criteria that must be met – to make your company ETP-eligible.  They include:

  • For-Profit

    Company must be for-profit, produce an exportable product, and face verifiable out-of-state competition

  • Full Time

    Employees must be full-time, California-based, and earn at least $12.16 per hour

  • Skills- Based

    Curriculum must be skills-based, supplemental, customized, and responsive to demands

  • Allowable Training Methods

    Allowable training methods include: instructor led, CBT, Lab, video conferencing and eLearning
