ETP: Resource Requirements

Resource requirements include:

  • Enterprise level Learning Management System (LMS)

    Enterprise level Learning Management System (LMS) or equivalent to provide central repository for company-wide training information

  • Executive Sponsorship

    Executive sponsorship for proposed training programs and ETP application

  • Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Participation

    Human Resource Information System (HRIS) participation for releasing employee demographic information.

  • Project Manager And Coordinator

    Project manager and coordinator to work directly with H&C staff
